How to qualify as a new supplier to LED LC
Please note LED Lighting Consultants is not at present interested to provide standard LED products, or ceiling panels, downlights, consumer goods, exterior and architectural lighting.
Our clients require from us custom solutions that include very high quality, UL certifications for the American market and others for various countries, such as VDE, TUV, CE, etc. We specialize in commercial interior lighting.
We are at present working with suppliers in Europe, North America as well as in China where we prefer to work with firms in Shenzhen when possible.
We choose firms that can communicate with us on highly technical matters and not by sales people that are not familiar with the technology.
You can see on our web page the products we are presently sourcing and if you can provide any of them, please submit several questionnaires. One for your firm in general and another for each product you wish to propose to us.
Many of our clients require custom colors and not standard colors. This requires your firm to have an excellent relationship with your LED packager.
If your firm seems to have all important qualifications, we then ask for full details of your products and ask for your quotation and warranty policy. We will take special interest in firms that have product liability insurance and the financial capability and patent protection from their packagers to establish a long term business partnership with us and our clients.
After this process we will require an NDA which is also on our web, signed and stamped by your management. After this we release confidential information from our clients and ask for you to develop a sample for our verification.

- Complete the testing with any changes as needed to samples
